The Smartstop® automatic high level water shut-off system saves time, money and prevents waste when filling Portland Cement concrete trucks. Principle of Operation This revolutionary Level System Consists of a Stainless Steel Sensor, and Solenoid Valve, and a Start/Stop Control Box with Lights and 25 foot cable.  When the system is started, a light indicates that the valve is open and water is flowing.  When the water level almost

completely fills the tank, the SmartStop® receives a signal from the sensor that has been inserted into the truck water storage tank. The solenoid valve (installed in the water line) is then de-energized and immediately stops the water flow.  The system shut-off valve can also be stopped manually at any time by pushing the stop button.  There are no moving parts in the sensor, which is strictly actuated by the high water level.  SmartStop® is not affected by foam, dust, vapor or temperature. It is fabricated completely of stainless steel.  The system works on the principle of conductivity which assures absolute stop.
