Project Description:

Central Mix upgrade to an existing dry batch plant that was originally supplied by Concrete Plants Inc. Original equipment included silos and conveyors by Steel Systems Installation with batching equipment by Stephens Manufacturing.

New equipment including a 36 inch Radial stacker and a 48 inch high speed batch transfer conveyor by Steel Systems Installation. 3000 barrel four compartment cement storage silo with batching equipment by Stephens Manufacturing.  A 12 yard tilt mixer was also included. The C&W RA 140 reverse air dust collector, Pearson P20-20W hot water tank and Pearson Chiller were also Supplied by CPI to complete the project

Besides transforming the plant from dry batch to central mix, an additional objective was to drive through with front and rear discharge mixers.  Dump trucks would also be used for high production paving.
