Rex Model S Refurbished Concrete Plant – Before and After

CPI took a 1993 Rex Model S concrete Plant and completely refurbished and shipped it in 5 weeks.  The Mixer was relined with Poly liners and blades. We installed all new belting for the 48”batch belt and three 30” feed conveyors as well as new air hoses and new hydraulic hoses for the hydraulic system. The Aggregate batcher was relined with AR steel. We included all new wiring from the motors to Control trailer, along with a Command Alkon control panel.  Finally, the Plant was pressure washed, painted, and shipped to San Jose California for the new Bayfront Google project.  Check out the before and after pictures below.
